What we collect

When you request a rescue plan we collect the information you give us: your name, mobile number, email, the boxes you checked about your solar situation, and the page you came from. We also receive standard technical information such as your IP address and browser type.

How we use it

We use your information to review your solar loan, lien and property situation, to build and deliver your rescue plan, to schedule and confirm appointments, and to answer your questions. We may contact you by phone, text message or email about your request.

Text messaging

By submitting your mobile number you agree to receive text messages from Lightbeam Lending about your rescue plan, appointment reminders and follow-up on your request. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time and HELP for help. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.

Sharing

We share your information only with the service providers who help us operate this site and communicate with you, such as our CRM and messaging platform, and with lenders, contractors and title or lien services as needed to build your plan. We do not sell your personal information.

Your choices

You can ask us to update or delete your information, or to stop contacting you, at any time by emailing frontdesk@lightbeamlending.com or replying STOP to any text message.
